Every event gets a flat quote after a short first call, so there are no surprises later. The price depends on how many uplights the room needs, whether you add pin spots, a monogram or dance floor lighting, and how long the event runs.
What is uplighting?
Uplighting means small LED lights set on the floor and aimed up at walls, columns or drapes. Each one washes the surface in color, and the color can be set to almost any shade. It is one of the simplest ways to change how a whole room looks without adding more decor.
What is pin spot lighting?
A pin spot is a small light with a very narrow beam. We aim it at centerpieces, the cake, a gift table or a display so each one glows in a dim room. The beam stays tight, so the room keeps its mood while the details stand out.
Can you project our names or logo onto a wall or floor?
Yes. A gobo is a small stencil that sits inside a light and projects a design onto a wall, dance floor or ceiling. We can show names, initials, a date or a company logo. You see and approve the art before the event, so there is time for changes.
What does dance floor lighting include?
Dance floor lighting can include color washes, moving lights and mirror ball style effects. We keep it soft during dinner and speeches, then bring up the color and movement once people start dancing. If your venue allows haze, it makes the light beams visible in the air.
Is wedding uplighting worth it?
For many couples, yes. Uplighting changes the look of the whole room without adding decor to every table. The same goes for galas, quinceañeras and company parties. If your budget is tight, say so on the first call and we will show you where a few lights make the biggest difference.
