Every corporate event gets a flat quote after a twenty-minute first call. The price depends on your date, the hours of music, the venue, how many speakers need microphones, and add-ons like lighting, A/V or a photobooth. We send your quote within 24 hours.
Can the DJ also be the emcee for our corporate event?
Yes. Your corporate event DJ is also your MC. We read the script you approve, introduce speakers, call up award winners and keep the program on time. If your own leaders want to host, we stay in the background and run the music and mic cues.
What music do you play at a company holiday party?
Music that suits a mixed crowd of ages and tastes. We start with your must-play and do-not-play lists and read the floor live once the dancing starts. If explicit lyrics are off limits, tell us and we plan around it. Holiday songs can be as many or as few as you like.
Do you provide microphones and sound for speeches?
Yes. We bring the sound system and microphones for your podium and speakers, plus spare speakers, microphones and a second mixer to every event. During the walkthrough we plan where each person stands, so every word carries to the back of the room.
Can you work with our planner or the venue’s AV team?
Yes. We fit into the run of show your planner or production team already has. We confirm load-in times with the venue, share our power and placement needs ahead of time, and send a certificate of insurance to the venue.
How far ahead should we book a holiday party DJ?
As soon as you have a date. Holiday party season is short and every company wants the same few weekends, so plan early. Send us your date and we confirm availability and a quote within 24 hours.
