Ask us anythingHow far in advance should we book?
Most couples book nine to twelve months out, and popular Saturdays in spring and autumn go first. If your date is closer than that, ask anyway. We hold a few dates back every season.
Do you MC as well as DJ?
Yes. Your DJ is also your MC, handling the grand entrance, toasts, first dance and last call with warm, clear announcements that keep your timeline moving.
What is included in ceremony sound?
A discreet speaker setup for the ceremony space and microphones for your officiant and vows, so every word carries to the back row. Processional, signing and recessional music are cued live.
Can we give you a do-not-play list?
Absolutely. Your do-not-play list is treated as seriously as your must-play list, and any guest request that lands on it is politely declined.
How early do you arrive and set up?
We load in early, set the sound to the room and sound check before your guests arrive. The exact load-in time is confirmed with your venue and planner during the walkthrough.
What happens if our DJ gets sick?
We plan for it. Every wedding has a second Beats Boutique DJ on standby who can step in with your full run of show, must-play list and planning notes, and we let you know straight away.
