At a walk or run, a charity event DJ is also the voice on the mic. We call the start line, count everyone down and read course or weather updates word for word. Between calls we play clean, upbeat music for kids, grandparents and every team in matching shirts.

Every charity event gets one flat quote after a twenty-minute call. The price depends on how many hours we cover, whether you are indoors or outside, how much ground the sound has to reach, and add-ons like lighting or a photobooth. You get availability and the quote within 24 hours.
Can your DJ announce the start of a charity walk or 5K?
Yes. Our DJ is also the MC, so the same voice calls the start, counts the crowd down and reads any course or weather updates. We are not a timing company, so results come from your timer. Hand us the list and we will read the winners and top teams at the awards.
Do you play clean music for family-friendly events?
Yes. Most charity events put kids, parents and grandparents in the same crowd, so we keep the set clean and upbeat. Send us a must-play list and a do-not-play list, and we honor both. If your cause has a theme song, we build the day around it.
How do sponsor shout-outs work at a charity event?
Send us your sponsor list and how each name should sound. We space the mentions between songs across the day instead of reading them all at once, so people actually hear them. Top sponsors can get extra mentions at the start and the closing thank-you. We check the script with you first.
What do you need for an outdoor charity event?
Mostly power and a flat spot for the speakers. On the walkthrough we map the power, the start line and how far the crowd spreads. Spare speakers, microphones and a second mixer come to every event. We also send our liability insurance certificate to the park or venue.
Do you play volunteer and donor appreciation events?
Yes. These nights are often smaller and more personal than a walk or festival. We play easy music while people mingle, MC the thank-you program, and keep the names and awards on time. Add a photobooth so every volunteer leaves with a photo from the night.
