Every sound equipment rental gets a flat quote after a twenty-minute first call. The price depends on the size of your room, how many speakers and microphones you need and whether you add a mixer or staging. You get availability and a quote within 24 hours.
Do you deliver and set up the rental equipment?
Yes, every time. Our team delivers the gear, places the speakers, runs the cables, sets the microphones and sound checks before your guests arrive. The exact load-in time is confirmed with your venue ahead of the event.
Can I pick up the sound equipment myself?
No. We do not offer customer pickup. Sound equipment rental only goes out delivered and set up, so the gear lands in the right spot for your room. Our team also does not stay on site to run rented gear during the event.
Can I rent DJ equipment without hiring a DJ?
Yes. You can rent speakers, a mixer and microphones on their own for a playlist, a band or a guest DJ. We set it all up, but no one from our team stays to run it. If you want someone playing music and making announcements, book our Live DJ & MC service instead.
Do you rent wireless microphones for speeches?
Yes. Wireless microphones let hosts, presenters and anyone giving a toast move around without a cable. We plan where each mic will be used, because a mic held in front of a speaker can squeal with feedback. Tell us who talks and when on the first call.
Do you offer stage rental for events?
Yes. Staging is part of our equipment rentals and is delivered and set up with the sound gear. A stage lifts a band, a presenter or a short program so the whole room can see. We size it to your space during the walkthrough and include it in the same quote.
