Every event gets a flat quote after a twenty-minute first call. The quote depends on the size of the room, how many speakers and mics you need, projection or an LED wall, the screen size and how long the event runs. You get availability and a quote within 24 hours.
Should I rent an LED wall or a projector and screen?
It comes down to the light in the room. A projector shines onto a screen, so windows and room lights can wash the picture out. An LED wall makes its own light, so it stays bright in a lit room. If you can dim the room, a projector and screen can work well.
What audio visual services do you offer for events?
Speakers, mixers and microphones for speeches, panels and toasts. Projectors and screens for slides and video. LED screens and video walls for bright rooms and big moments. Your DJ, lighting, A/V, rentals and effects are planned as one setup by one team.
What AV equipment do I need for a presentation?
Most talks need three things: a screen people can read from the back row, speakers that cover the whole room and a mic for every person who speaks. A panel needs more mics than a single keynote. We size it on the first call from your head count, room and program.
Do you deliver and set up the AV equipment?
Yes. Our team delivers the speakers, mics, mixers, screens and LED walls, then sets them up and sound checks before guests arrive. We confirm the exact load-in time with your venue ahead of the day, and spare speakers, microphones and a second mixer come to every event.
Does the venue need a certificate of insurance for AV?
If your venue asks for one, we are ready. We carry liability insurance and send the certificate straight to your venue. We also visit or study the venue ahead of time to map power and placement, so the setup fits the room and the venue’s rules.
